Patricia Garey

Patricia Garey is a Hannibal, Missouri artist. Her paintings depict the beautiful Mississippi River Valley from St. Paul to New Orleans.

Patricia works primarily in watercolor but also paints in oils, acrylics, pen and ink and oil pastels. She is a lifelong participant in the arts as an art instructor, corporate art consultant, gallery and frame shop owner and professional artist.

She runs a custom frame shop, the Mississippi River Gallery located in downtown Hannibal, Missouri. She is a member of the Hannibal Arts Council Board of Directors and an associate member of the American Watercolor Society. Patricia has a degree in art from Southern Adventist University and a Master's in Organizational Behavior from Benedictive University.

Participating in Plein Air events and painting on location is one of her passions.

Patricia shares a space in the historic 1849 Planter's Barn Theater with her husband, actor Richard Garey, who performs the live show "Mark Twain HIMSELF" from May through October.
